What RealityRe is
RealityRe addresses a question not formally contained in conventional risk frameworks: which futures remain structurally insurable, and where the future-set has contracted beyond insurability.
We operate upstream of underwriting, pricing, and capital modelling. We do not replace actuarial, risk, or governance functions. We provide a classification layer for structural boundary stability and capital commitment.
The framework uses three dimensions: Reality Exchange (REX), Minimal Admissible Possibilities (MAP), and Human Intolerability Threshold (HIT).
What we do
Classify structural viability
Assess whether governance, boundaries, incentives, and containment conditions persist.
Identify non-futures
Classify transitions where the future-set no longer supports insurability.
Provide upstream signals
Surface indicators relevant to appetite and capital allocation before threshold.
Map portfolio conditionality
Map correlated, governance-dependent exposure across portfolios.
What we do not do
- We do not forecast events or loss distributions.
- We do not price risk or recommend rates.
- We do not act as an insurer, reinsurer, or intermediary.
